The problem

People send emails that need an answer and then have to remember which ones never got one. Most inbox tools need cloud access to the mailbox, which many companies' IT policies block.

What I built

I built a Windows desktop app that drives the signed-in Outlook client through COM, so it needs no app registration or admin consent. Claude detects replies even when they arrive in a different thread, and a daily toast nudges you about the rest.

How it works

  1. Tag a sent email with the FollowUp category, or let a rule do it.
  2. A scheduled task tracks each recipient from Sent Items.
  3. New mail from a tracked sender goes to Claude to check for a match.
  4. A match closes the item; a daily toast lists what is pending.
  5. Snooze, complete, or send a templated reminder from the app.
